The courses contained on this page are provided in order to assist partners and service providers in ensuring Sales readiness related to the launch of services delivered over INNOVA ITC Technology. The courseware includes foundational content that is designed to provide any new hire sales team member with the foundational knowledge associated with the Telephony industry. In addition to the foundational telephony training modules, there are also a variety of Platform or Technology specific modules available.
These modules are LMS/Scorm Compliant and include testing to meet any internal training requirements of your Learning Management Organization. These modules may be customized or purchased in their current format. All source files will be made available so that these modules may be hosted in your internal environment.
